Bismarck, N.D. – Travelers using Bismarck Airport should prepare for changes in the parking lot starting Monday, June 2, 2025, as the airport begins upgrading its entry and exit pay station systems.

The project, expected to last approximately two weeks, will replace the current equipment with new, user-friendly pay stations aimed at improving the overall parking experience.

While construction is underway, minor disruptions are expected, and airport officials advise travelers to allow for extra time when arriving.

During the upgrade, access to the south parking lot entrances may be limited. In such cases, drivers are asked to use the north entrances, located just past the terminal on the left.

The new system will also feature a different style of parking ticket. Signage will be installed at the exits to guide drivers to the correct lane based on the ticket type they receive.

The airport encourages travelers to visit bismarckairport.com for more information and future updates on the project.

Airport officials thanked the public for their patience during the construction period and emphasized that the improvements are part of a broader effort to enhance convenience for all visitors.
