Bismarck, N.D. – Earlier this month, the Expressway Pedestrian Tunnel was transformed into a vibrant display of community creativity with the unveiling of a new mural that has quickly become a source of pride for residents.
The artwork was a collaborative effort, with many members of the community coming together to bring color and life to the tunnel walls.
Among those who contributed was Officer Hellman, the School Resource Officer (SRO) from Horizon, who added his own unique artistic touch to the project.
The Bismarck Police Department expressed pride in Officer Hellman’s involvement and celebrated the mural as a symbol of community spirit and cooperation.
The mural not only brightens the pedestrian passage but also stands as a testament to the positive relationships between local law enforcement and the people they serve.
