Bismarck, N.D. – The Bismarck Police Department hosted its 5th Annual Picnic, welcoming over 500 community members for an evening of food, fun, and conversation.
The event provided residents the opportunity to meet first responders, including members of the Mounted Police Unit and K9 teams.
Children especially enjoyed interacting with the horses and dogs, while families and neighbors connected with officers in a relaxed setting.
The department expressed gratitude for the community’s support, noting that events like this highlight the strong relationship between residents and law enforcement.
Officials said the turnout reinforced their commitment to serving Bismarck and building a safer, more connected community. The department plans to host the picnic again next year.
