Bismarck, N.D. – The Bismarck City Commission recognized Boy Scout Troop 6 for its 108th anniversary during its meeting on Tuesday night.

Commissioner Anne Cleary read a proclamation honoring the troop, which has been active in the community since receiving its charter in 1917.

Since its founding, Troop 6 has seen 85 of its members attain the rank of Eagle Scout.

City officials commended the troop for its long-standing commitment to leadership and service.
