Bismarck, ND – The Bismarck Police Department has announced changes to its offender registration schedule for the new year. Starting January 1, 2025, offenders will only be able to register during specific hours on weekdays.
According to the department, the new registration hours will be from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. This update impacts the times during which offenders must complete their registration, streamlining the process during regular business hours.
