North Dakota – A 33-year-old man from Pensacola, Florida, was arrested on multiple charges following a high-speed pursuit that began in LaMoure County and continued through Jamestown before ending near Bordulac, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol.

The pursuit began on March 2, 2025, at approximately 12:45 p.m. when a trooper attempted to stop a Lincoln Town Car for speeding.

The suspect fled, reaching speeds of 110 mph and driving recklessly, including passing another vehicle at the crest of a hill. Despite attempts to stop the vehicle with spike strips, the suspect continued evading law enforcement.

A second vehicle, driven by someone known to the suspect, followed the pursuit at high speeds but was stopped by officers. The primary suspect entered Jamestown, where the initial pursuit was discontinued for safety reasons.

A second trooper later re-engaged when the suspect fled city limits on the Highway 52 bypass, continuing to drive recklessly and crossing into oncoming lanes.

The suspect was ultimately apprehended near Bordulac and booked into the Stutsman County Jail on charges of felony reckless endangerment, felony fleeing, and misdemeanor driving under suspension. The North Dakota Highway Patrol is continuing to investigate the incident.
