Bismarck, N.D. – According to the police officials, Steven Bruhn is charged with robbery. He was arrested Wednesday afternoon
Jacob Nimz was arrested after a pursuit involving multiple law enforcement agencies. He is under arrest on suspicion of robbery, theft, kidnapping, assault, criminal mischief and interfering with an emergency phone call.
A woman said that they cut off the power to her apartment, choked and punched her and stole a backpack that contained $1,000 worth of electronic equipment. Her injuries did not require medical attention.
Bruhn was not involved in the Friday incidents, police said. He made his initial court appearance Wednesday.
No attorney is listed for him in court records.
