North Dakota – The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) announced it will host a public input meeting on Monday, July 21, from 4 to 7 p.m. CT at the DoubleTree Hotel in West Fargo. The meeting aims to share information and gather feedback from residents regarding the state’s long-range transportation plan, Transportation Connection: 2025-2050.

The event will take place in the Dogwood Room of the DoubleTree Hotel, located at 825 E. Beaton Drive and attached to the West Fargo Convention Center. Attendees will have the opportunity to watch a recorded presentation, which will be shown multiple times throughout the meeting, and participate in interactive activities.

Transportation Connection: 2025-2050 outlines North Dakota’s vision, values, goals, and strategies for developing a statewide multimodal transportation system over the next 25 years. The plan covers highways, transit, rail, ports, bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure, and more.

Representatives from NDDOT, Cambridge Systematics, and HDR Engineering, Inc. will be available to answer questions and discuss the plan in detail.

For those unable to attend in person, materials are available online at www.dot.nd.gov/transportation-connection, and written comments can be submitted via mail or email through August 22, 2025.
