Bismarck, N.D. – A 17-year-old boy from Mandan has died from injuries sustained in an October 2 crash in Bismarck that previously claimed the life of another teenage passenger, according to police.
Benjamin Moch died October 5 at a local hospital, three days after the crash at the intersection of West Main Avenue and Missouri Avenue, the Bismarck Police Department announced October 6.

The Infiniti Schestler was driving struck a Chevrolet Equinox as it turned left onto Missouri Avenue.
Moch was riding as a passenger in the Equinox and was ejected during the collision. He remained hospitalized in serious condition before dying from his injuries.

The Equinox was driven by a 15-year-old boy from Mandan, who is expected to recover. Schestler also suffered severe injuries and is expected to recover, police said.
The Bismarck Police Department continues to investigate the collision, including conducting a complete reconstruction of the crash.
Police emphasized that the allegation of racing and other findings remain preliminary. Any potential charges remain under investigation.
