Bismarck, N.D. – According to the police officials, this unfortunate incident occurred around 5:20 p.m. Thursday.
It happened at Memorial Highway and Third Street Southeast in Mandan.
GMC pickup truck was traveling west on Memorial Highway.
The 23-year-old suspect was driving a Ford Windstar minivan north on Third Street Southeast through the intersection.
The pickup struck the right side of the van.
A van passenger, a 42-year-old woman, died of her injuries.
This incident is under investigation.
