Bismarck, N.D. -Bismarck city offices and the landfill will be closed Monday, Feb. 17, in observance of Presidents’ Day. There will be no garbage or curbside recycling collection (gold route) that day.
Garbage and recycling pickup will be delayed by one day throughout the week.
Monday’s route will be collected Tuesday, Tuesday’s route on Wednesday, and so on. Residents must place bins out by 6 a.m. on collection day.
The landfill and Household Hazardous Waste & Electronics Recycling Center will also be closed Feb. 17.
The landfill will operate from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, while the recycling center will be open Tuesday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
