Fargo, N.D. – The Fargo Police Department is proud to announce Lt. Tom Shaw as the new Team Commander and Lt. Nathan Nieman as the new Assistant Team Commander of the Red River Valley SWAT team.
The Red River Valley SWAT team is a regional force made up of officers and deputies from Cass and Clay counties in North Dakota and Minnesota.
These dedicated professionals balance their SWAT responsibilities alongside their primary duties within their respective agencies.
Both Lt. Shaw and Lt. Nieman bring years of experience, expertise, and leadership to their new roles.
Their commitment ensures that the safety and security of the region remain a top priority under their capable leadership.
