Bismarck, N.D. – According to the court documents, his name is John Burnette III and he appeared in court.
The 43-year-old man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison.
Burnette must spend five years on supervised probation and register as a sex offender upon his release.
About the incident – the victim told police she drank at his residence and awoke to him raping her.
Investigators found evidence on his phone that he photographed the girl and distributed the photos, and that he bought alcohol for her.
