    Ally Dillinger, 4 years ago

MINOT, N.D. – A local water provider will be receiving a loan of more than $3 million from the state Department of Environmental Quality for water and sanitary and storm sewer projects.

The North Prairie Regional Water District is one of three recipients of a Drink Water State Revolving Fund loan.

According to the department, that money will be used to replace more than 13 miles of transmission lines from Logan to Velva, rehabilitate a booster station, and increase storage capacity.

The project will help provide safe storage and water distribution.
