North Dakota – The North Dakota Game and Fish Department is reminding hunters, anglers, and trappers that new licenses will be required beginning April 1.
Licenses for the 2025-26 season can be purchased online through the department’s website, gf.nd.gov, or at more than 80 vendor locations across the state.
Once purchased, individuals can print a hard copy or download a digital version to a smartphone or mobile device.
Officials recommend keeping a digital copy accessible, especially in rural areas with limited cellular service.
The 2025-26 small game, fishing, and furbearer licenses will be valid from April 1, 2025, through March 31, 2026.
