North Dakota – Landowners interested in posting their private land for the 2025-26 hunting season can now do so electronically through the North Dakota Game and Fish Department’s website, gf.nd.gov. To begin, landowners can log into their profile on the site’s “My Account” section.
For the first time this year, landowners with a profile on the Game and Fish Department’s mobile app will have the option to communicate directly with hunters via the app. A link will be available for hunters to send requests to landowners who have posted their land.
The deadline for electronically posting land is July 1, allowing the Game and Fish Department sufficient time to prepare print and digital materials before the hunting season begins in August.
Landowners who posted land electronically last year can renew, modify, or add new postings during the enrollment period. First-time users may need to create a profile. To post land, landowners can navigate to the “Land Parcels/Electronic Posting” section of the website and click “Search/Renew Land Parcels.” The system is linked to county tax parcel information for accurate land descriptions.
