WEST FARGO, N.D. — West Fargo has chosen Minot, N.D.-based firm EAPC Architects Engineers to design and construct the new West Fargo Fire Departments Headquarters at 1201 10th Ave. E.

On Monday, May 17, the West Fargo City Commission approved the firm to move forward with designing the estimated $10 million fire headquarters that is expected to be finished by the spring of 2023.

According to a news release, the city received seven proposals for design and construction services that were reviewed by a committee to identify three finalists based on experience, design methodology, availability, local experience and ability to meet deadlines.

“EAPC stood out because of their local focus with a statewide reputation of building fire stations,” said Fire Chief Dan Fuller. “These qualities will help us meet our goals to improve emergency responsiveness in West Fargo and will house all the command staff in one building.”
