Bismarck, N.D. – Starting Thursday, February 20, 2025, 4th St has been closed from Rosser Avenue to half a block north for the repair of an underground pipe.
Crews are working to complete the repairs and plan to reopen the street within a week.
Residents and drivers are asked to use alternate routes and thank you for your patience during this necessary work.
