Bismarck, N.D. – According to the city officials, the closure will start at 9:00 AM, Thursday and will be in place until noon on Thursday.
City officials also announced that the Forestry Department will be in the area doing work to remove diseased trees.
No detour will be in place.
Access to local residents will be maintained.
