Bismarck, N.D. – The Bismarck Street Department announced that snow removal in the downtown “No-Parking – Street Cleaning” zones will take place December 1–5, 2025, between 12:01 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. Vehicles parked in these restricted areas during the designated times will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Residents and business owners were reminded to move vehicles off the street and keep them clear until plows have completed work in each area. The Bismarck Police Department will tow any vehicles that remain parked in the posted zones during the scheduled hours.
Businesses located along the signed street cleaning routes, if not already cleared, were also advised to have sidewalks shoveled before midnight on their assigned day.
The snow removal schedule is as follows:
Monday, December 1
North–south streets and alleys in the downtown signed areas.
Tuesday, December 2
East–west streets and alleys in the downtown signed areas.
Wednesday, December 3
North–south streets and alleys in the downtown signed areas.
Thursday, December 4
East–west streets and alleys in the downtown signed areas.
Friday, December 5
North–south streets and alleys in the downtown signed areas.
The Street Department urged residents to follow posted signs and cooperate to ensure efficient snow removal throughout the downtown area.
