MINOT, N.D. – Jaidyn Jean Henry, 20, was ordered held at the Ward County Jail pending her trial on July 19 on federal charges that she distributed a fentanyl mixture to a minor child that resulted in the serious injury to the minor on June 30, 2020, and that she was involved in a conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute oxycodone and fentanyl compounds in Parshall and on the Fort Berthold Reservation and to arrange to transport the drug from Minot to the Fort Berthold Reservation.

According to court documents, her probation was revoked because she violated conditions by not contacting her probation officer, by being asked to leave a treatment program after she violated its terms and conditions, and by consuming and overdosing on fentanyl on Dec. 7, 2020.
