    Casey Lemon sentenced to 7 days time served, 3 years probation, for burglary

    MINOT, N.D. – Casey Blase Lemon, 39, was sentenced on Wednesday to 18 months in prison, all suspended but the seven days he already served in the Ward County Jail, and three years of supervised probation for a burglary on June 26, 2020. Judge Richard Hagar also ordered Lemon to pay $525 in court costs and restitution yet to be determined. Charges are still pending against his co-defendants, Shannon David Pellett, and Michele Lee Pyle.

    Lemon stole items during the burglary and was selling them out of a garage.
