Bismarck Woman Arrested on Charges of Corruption of a Minor

    Troy McAllister, 1 year ago

Bismarck, ND — A 24-year-old woman, Hannah Ironeyes, was arrested on Thursday after authorities said she had sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old boy nearly five months ago.
Ironeyes faces a C-felony charge of corruption of a minor, according to police records.
The alleged incident took place at Ironeyes’ mother’s home.
Details surrounding the investigation remain limited, though police reports confirm that the encounter occurred in the summer of 2024. Ironeyes made an initial court appearance on Friday.
During the hearing, Judge Lindsey Nieuwsma set her bond at $1,500. Her preliminary hearing and arraignment are scheduled for February 3, 2025, with her trial set for April 30, 2025.
As the case continues to unfold, the community is left grappling with the seriousness of the allegations.
Corruption of a minor is a felony in North Dakota, and a conviction could lead to significant legal penalties for Ironeyes.
