North Dakota – Gov. Kelly Armstrong praised President Donald Trump’s address to a joint session of Congress, highlighting the administration’s early progress and its potential benefits for North Dakota.
Armstrong noted that in just six weeks, the Trump administration had focused on securing the nation’s borders, boosting U.S. energy and manufacturing, strengthening the country’s international presence, and implementing policies aimed at government efficiency.
He pointed to a decline in illegal immigration and an increase in investment in U.S. manufacturing as key indicators of the administration’s impact.
Armstrong also emphasized that North Dakota stands to benefit from Trump’s focus on American innovation, deregulation, and economic growth.
