Bismarck, N.D. – The North Dakota Department of Public Instruction is inviting public input on the initial draft of the state’s financial literacy content standards.

These standards outline the knowledge and skills students are expected to acquire at specific stages of their education and demonstrate what they should know upon completing a grade level or span.

Over the last three months, a committee of North Dakota educators has collaborated on drafting these standards.

The NDDPI encourages all stakeholders, including educators, parents, and community members, to review the draft and provide feedback through a survey linked on the department’s website.

The deadline for submissions is Friday, February 14, 2025, at 5:00 PM.

For more information or to access the survey, visit the NDDPI website.
