Fargo, N.D. – Recruits from the Fargo, West Fargo, and Moorhead Fire Departments have successfully completed their first week at the Metro Fire Academy.
This 18-week program is designed to prepare recruits for professional firefighter duties, combining classroom learning with hands-on drills, ride-alongs, and live-burn scenarios.
The academy emphasizes physical training as a critical part of their preparation.
These recruits are taking the first important steps toward becoming the next generation of firefighters in the community.
Best of luck to them as they continue their journey.
