Bismarck, N.D. – Beginning Monday, May 19, 2025, a section of Rosser Avenue west of Channel Drive in Bismarck will be closed to allow for sewer line replacement, according to the Bismarck City Government.
The closure is expected to last up to four weeks, depending on weather conditions. During construction, traffic will be detoured to Main Avenue.
Motorists are encouraged to plan alternate routes and exercise caution in the area.
City officials appreciate the public’s patience and cooperation as infrastructure improvements are made.
