    Tracy Reimche, Minot, sentenced to 38 days time served, 2 years probation, for strangling woman

    MINOT, N.D. – Tracy Lee Reimche, 42, Minot, was sentenced on Tuesday to 18 months in prison, with all suspended but the 38 days he already served in the Ward County Jail, and two years of supervised probation for physically assaulting and strangling a woman during a domestic violence altercation on Dec. 6, 2020.

    North Central District Court Judge Gary Lee also ordered Reimchel to complete a course for domestic violence offenders, to have no contact with the victim, and to pay $525 in court costs for the Class C felony domestic violence causing serious bodily injury charge.
