Bismarck, ND – According to the city officials, the free event aims to engage the public in discussions surrounding these important issues, offering a platform for open dialogue.

The forum, set to take place from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Bismarck Veterans Memorial Public Library’s Meeting Room A, will feature a panel of experts who will address various housing-related concerns.

Following the panel discussion, attendees will have the opportunity to engage in conversation with the speakers and fellow community members.

“This is our third event in the Community Conversation Forum series,” said Committee Chair Thea Jorgensen. “We received great feedback from our two past events, and these forums gave us a real opportunity to listen to what the community wants. The Human Relations Committee is dedicated to listening to our community members and holding conversations that foster a greater sense of understanding. We are looking forward to this conversation again prompting positive change for our residents.”

The event is free and open to the public. It will be held at the Bismarck Veterans Memorial Public Library, located at 515 N. Fifth Street. For more information about the HRC, visit its page on the city’s website.
