North Dakota – The North Dakota Highway Patrol issued a traffic advisory after a semi-truck hauling anhydrous ammonia rolled over near Devils Lake on Monday afternoon, October 5.

The rollover occurred at approximately 3 p.m. near the intersection of Highway 2 and Highway 20, according to the highway patrol.

Authorities reported no leak following the crash.

However, traffic was diverted away from the scene as a precaution while crews worked to transfer the anhydrous ammonia to another truck and remove the overturned semi.

Drivers were advised to avoid the area and use alternate routes until the scene was cleared.

The highway patrol did not report any injuries or provide additional details about what caused the rollover in its advisory.
