Bismarck, N.D. – Bismarck Police Department recently received a generous donation from the South Bearscat Bakehouse.
The local bakery’s contribution included a variety of delicious donuts, providing officers with much-needed energy as they continue their duties to serve and protect the community.
In a post shared by the department, they expressed their gratitude to the bakery, saying, “You really glazed our hearts with your kindness.” The officers appreciated the gesture, noting that the donation would fuel them as they worked hard throughout the day.
The department also joked about the effects of the donation, suggesting that if residents noticed the officers moving a bit quicker than usual, it was the sugar from the donuts at work.
