Bismarck, N.D. – The Bismarck Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating a 12-year-old girl who was reported missing on June 21, 2026.
Police said Emma Propp was last known to be in the 200 block of W Rosser Ave around 8 p.m. on Sunday.
Propp is described as a 12-year-old female who is 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighs approximately 170 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.
According to police, Propp was last seen wearing a black shirt with a “Cheeto man” picture on it and black shorts.
She may also have Sharpie flowers drawn on her legs. Police said her hair was recently dyed dark brown.
Authorities said Propp does not have a cell phone and is not from the area.
The Bismarck Police Department is asking anyone with information regarding Propp’s whereabouts to contact them immediately at 701-223-1212 or notify local law enforcement.
