Bismarck, N.D. – On April 9, 2025, Bismarck Mayor Mike Schmitz, along with Mandan Mayor Froelich, met with the Charge d’Affaires (Deputy Ambassador) from Germany to the United States, The Honorable Axel Dittmann, during his official visit to North Dakota.
