    ND Supreme Court Resuming In-Person Oral Arguments In June

    BISMARCK, N.D.–  The North Dakota Supreme Court is set to resume in-person oral arguments.  The court will be moving from remote sessions to in-person arguments in June.  Both parties must agree to appear in person.  Arguments must also be live-streamed online.
