Bismarck, N.D. – The City of Bismarck is inviting residents to share their photographs for its annual call for images. Selected photos will be featured in both print and online publications as well as marketing materials for the City of Bismarck.
Submission Guidelines
• Eligibility: Photos must be taken in 2024 within or about the City of Bismarck.
• Usage Rights: By submitting their photos, participants agree that the images may be used in any and all publications or marketing materials, without payment or any other compensation, in perpetuity.
• Consent: Submitters must certify they have obtained all necessary permissions from individuals featured in the photos. Parental or guardian consent is required for photos featuring minors.
• Legal Age: Submissions are only accepted from individuals of legal age.
• Liability: By submitting, participants agree to indemnify the City of Bismarck from any and all claims related to the submitted photos.
