Mandan, NORTH DAKOTA – According to the court documents, his name is Joel Kraft and he was sentenced to 2 years of probation.
Kraft has been convicted of Possession of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person.
Prosecutors say the 34-year-old defendant must also pay a special assessment to the Federal Crime Victims Fund in the amount of $100 and forfeit a firearm and ammunition.
O May 25, 2020, during a traffic stop, officers discovered that the defendant possessed a loaded revolver.
This case was investigated by the Northern Plains Safe Trails Drug Enforcement Task Force, the South Dakota Highway Patrol, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
