Bismarck, N.D. – The City of Bismarck has announced significant progress on the East Century Avenue reconstruction project, with traffic now moving on new concrete in the area between Stonewall Drive and Roosevelt Drive.

According to a city update, three out of five paving sections have been completed. Work is also underway on sidewalks, ADA-accessible ramps, and new streetlighting.

While a few intersections still have temporary gravel, city officials say the project remains on schedule.

The area west of Roosevelt Drive is expected to reopen shortly after the start of the school year, providing improved access and safety for motorists and pedestrians alike.

Officials thanked residents for their patience and urged drivers to continue using caution in the construction zone
