Bismarck, N.D. – The traffic signal at Boulevard Avenue and 9th Street will be temporarily out of service on Thursday, Aug. 14, 2025, for repairs.
Work is scheduled to take place from 8:30 a.m. until noon, weather permitting.
During the outage, the intersection will operate as an all-way stop.
Drivers are advised to use caution, follow posted directions, and allow extra time for travel in the area while the repairs are completed.
