Bismarck, N.D. – Avenue C at Hannifin Street is scheduled for a full closure beginning Tuesday, July 22, 2025, to allow for water line repairs.
The closure is expected to last two days. During this period, motorists will be directed to use a detour route including Griffin Street, Anderson Street, Rosser Avenue, and Raymond Street.
In addition to Avenue C, Avenue D between Anderson Street and Raymond Street will also be closed. Access to Avenue A and Avenue B at Hannifin Street will be limited during the work.
Drivers are advised to follow detour signs and plan accordingly to avoid delays in the affected area.
