Bismarck, N.D. – The City of Bismarck’s Community Development Department has launched an effort to understand how short-term rentals operate within the city and to identify basic standards that should apply to them.
As part of this process, the department is inviting residents to share their opinions through a public survey.
Feedback collected will contribute to shaping a draft ordinance that regulates short-term rentals in Bismarck.
