North Dakota – The North Dakota Highway Patrol recognized Trooper Hoaby for his achievement at the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance’s North American Inspectors Challenge, held last week in Minneapolis.
Trooper Hoaby earned first place in the Level V Passenger Carrier Inspector category, showcasing his expertise and dedication to public safety.
