North Dakota – The North Dakota Highway Patrol reported a fatal single-vehicle crash on November 16, 2025, at approximately 7:04 a.m. on US Highway 2 at mile marker 43 in Williams County.
According to authorities, a 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe, traveling westbound, entered the median and overcorrected, ultimately rolling into the north ditch.
The driver, a 37-year-old man from Williston, was not wearing a seat belt. He was transported by Ray Ambulance to CHI St. Alexius Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
The crash occurred under dry road conditions with fog in the area and involved multiple agencies, including the Williams County Sheriff’s Office, Ray Fire Department, and Ray Ambulance. The North Dakota Highway Patrol continues to investigate the incident.
