Antwan Baker Sr., Minot, acquitted of raping young girl

    Ally Dillinger, 4 years ago
MINOT, N.D. – Antwan Deshon Baker Sr., 39, Minot, was found not guilty by a jury on Friday of raping and sexually assaulting a girl under the age of 15 in the spring and summer of 2019.

Baker went to trial on the Class AA felony gross sexual imposition charge on Tuesday.

The allegations were reported to authorities in September 2019, after Baker went to federal prison in June 2019 on an unrelated federal charge of possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon.
