Bismarck, N.D. – The Bismarck Police Department announced the launch of its Biennial Citizen Survey, inviting residents in and around Bismarck to share their opinions on public safety and police services.

The survey, open from Sept. 1 to Oct. 1, 2025, is designed to help the department understand community attitudes, identify safety concerns, and pinpoint areas for improvement.

Officials said the feedback will guide future policies, programs, and community initiatives.

Police leaders emphasized that the survey is an important tool for continuing to build a safer and stronger Bismarck through community engagement.
