Bismarck, N.D. – Bismarck Public Works shared information this week explaining how crews handle curb stop repairs and how residents can request service for issues on their property.
Officials said curb stops, which can sometimes pop out of the ground, can be lowered, repaired, or have their covers replaced by Public Works as needed.
Residents experiencing issues with their curb stop are encouraged to submit a request through the city’s online reporting form. The form allows Public Works to assess the problem and schedule the appropriate maintenance.
City officials said the process is intended to ensure curb stops remain accessible and functional, helping maintain reliable water service for residents.
