Bismarck, N.D. – The Bismarck Streets Department has closed Durango Drive at the intersection of Driftwood Lane as of Monday, April 27, 2026, to allow for roadway maintenance work.
The closure is in place to accommodate the replacement of the valley gutter across Durango Drive on the south side of the intersection.
Officials said the project is expected to last approximately one week, depending on weather and progress.
No official detour route has been provided, and drivers are being asked to use alternate routes and exercise caution in surrounding areas.
City officials said the work is part of ongoing infrastructure maintenance efforts aimed at improving drainage and maintaining roadway safety for residents and commuters.
