MINOT, N.D. – Perfecto Ramos Jr., 19, is charged in district court in Minot with burglarizing several southeast Minot businesses in a plaza located at 2001 8th Ave. SE on Sunday and causing a substantial amount of damage.

He is charged in district court in Minot with seven counts of Class C felony burglary and one count of Class C felony unlawful entry into a motor vehicle.

Minot police said that a caller reported seeing Ramos breaking into vehicles in Minot early Sunday morning. Police responded, located Ramos and placed him under arrest. Evidence found linked him to the burglaries and to the unlawful entry into a motor vehicle.

Ramos made an initial appearance on the charges on Monday before Judge Todd Cresap, who set bond at $10,000 cash or corporate surety or $3,000 cash for Ramos. Ramos also has a prior burglary conviction from last year.
