North Dakota – The North Dakota Highway Patrol officially promoted Captain Adrian Martinez and Lieutenant Evan Savageau on July 15 in Bismarck.
Captain Martinez has been appointed as the new captain of administrative services, while Lieutenant Savageau will serve as the director of the Training Academy, both positions based in Bismarck.
The promotions highlight the agency’s ongoing commitment to leadership development and operational excellence.
