Bismarck, N.D. – The Bismarck ND City Government reported that participants in the Citizen Academy visited the Central Dakota Communications Center (CenCom) to learn about how 9-1-1 calls are processed and how the center facilitates communication among first responders.
The visit offered attendees an inside look at this critical public safety operation, highlighting the coordination and technology that support emergency response throughout the community.
