    Juvenile turns himself into police for fatal hit-and-run in Minot

    MINOT, N.D. – A 16-year-old male turned himself in around 8 p.m. Thursday night, in connection with a fatal hit-and-run Wednesday in Minot, according to the Minot Police Department.

    Police say the boy was referred to juvenile court for an accident involving death, in the death of 18-year-old Michael Fenner.

    Since he is a juvenile, no more information will be released at this time.
